Weeva is a SaaS sustainability management tool for the tourism industry.
Property owners can use Weeva to track and measure their carbon footprint to reduce costs and get certified by sustainable tourism bodies.

Opportunity
For some, living sustainably means recycling and timing their geyser. For others, it includes their properties' carbon footprint measured in Co2. Weeva catered to the sustainability manager at a Lodge, but not necessarily to the BnB owner who just got their first solar panel.
Sustainability can be daunting, and a lot of people were staying away because of it’s steep learning curve.
Solution
Weeva Light- a new version of Weeva that simplifies sustainability to make it more accessible for everyone.
A new design system with tokens and updated components also went alongside this upgrade to keep the designs standardised and to improve design to dev handover.
ROLE
It was my responsibility to apply new colour and spacing tokens to designs while collaborating with project managers and business analysis
to make sure that product, business and dev were aligned.
I also did a visual upgrade on many of the existing designs- new font sizes and weights, colours and layout. Finally, I created onboarding guides that highlight important functionality for the user.
